Heating Instructions

THAW IN THE REFRIGERATOR OVERNIGHT BEFORE GRILLING. Prepare your grill for high heat cooking. Make sure grill is well oiled. Grill skewers, covered, until well charred all over, about 6 to 8 minutes, flipping half way through. Transfer to a plate and let rest another 5 minutes. Drizzle with lime juice just before serving.
